Multi language in secondary portal

Is it possible to use the secondary portal feature in ver 2.6 to create the portal in multiple languages or would we still need seperate Helpspot instances for this?

Hi Lee,

You might be able to, but it wouldn’t be perfect. The entire portal interface you could translate by having a customized version of each template with the proper language strings in them, but some messages which come from the systems end would still be in English.

If you’re mostly looking for the support form (and perhaps KB’s) it may be better to simply use the web service API. This way you could build out portals in whatever language you like and just use the API to log the requests with HS for your staff to reply to. That gives you full control over the interface.
