Multiple Queue's

I need to implement multiple queue’s simular to the inbox. Example, if and e-mail was sent to A@company then it automaticly goes to Queue 1.
If an e-mail was sent to B@company then it automaticly goes to Queue.

Can this be done, if so where would I create the second Queue?

Yes, all you need to do is create a filter (Workspace->Filter Requests)

In the filter set the conditions to:

  1. Open/closed = open
  2. Assigned to = unassigned
  3. Mailbox = Mailbox A (one filter for each mailbox)

You can also set these as global filters so that everyone can see them.

In V3 it’s possible to also place this filter at the top of the left nav like the inbox.
