New feature request: global communication to staff capability


On occasion we make changes to the application that all staff need to be aware of. It would be nice if there was a way to generate an email list of all staff that will enable us to do this. We currently have about 66 staff members and its a little tedious to create this list manually especially if we are adding/editing staff members as we do every few months.

We’ll definitely consider that for a future release. In the meantime, you could create a request, add a note and select ‘add notifications’ and then add all users to be notified.

Thanks for your response. It’s a good option.
I am not sure how others use Helpspot but we use it as a ticket system within the organization to centralize and resource work. We report out to the organization on number of tickets opened and closed monthly. Unfortunately, sending out a communication via this way would skew the data no matter how small.
