Notify Customer of Who Ticket is Assigned To


I’d like our customers to know exactly who the ticket they submitted is assigned to, how do I do that? Currently we have it set so they get an automatic response once the ticket is submitted but I’d like them to know exactly who took their ticket. Is this possible?

Yes. In the public note to customers email template there’s placeholders for assigned users first/last name so you could use those to send that info over.
