Notifying emails with initial request history


I have a requirement in my organization to include the initial information on the request in the new ticket notifying emails so techs don’t have to use the web interface of helpspot to view the issue.

I created a rule to notify on new tickets, but don’t see any method by which I can include the intial or any part of the request history as a Placeholder or as a SQL clause.

Has anyone tried to do this? If so I’d appreciate some feedback. I’m looking forward to the beta, but am unsure if it’ll have this feature in it.

There’s no placeholder for that in the current release, however, the upcoming 2.4 release has an initial request placeholder so you’ll be able to include that in your notification emails.
