Old open Tickets


We found a possible Bug.
If a Ticket is older than 1 Year and we open it, it doesn’t show up in the ‘My Queue’ Filter. We have to force it with the Filter Setting ‘Opened After Date => 01/01/2000 and Status = open’.

Or is there a setting somewhere, so we can fix this?


Hi Michael,

If filters don’t have date parameters as part of their conditions by default the system will restrict them to showing 1 year of requests. There’s a setting for this in admin-settings-system to make the time longer or turn it off.

You could also add a date condition if it’s a specific filter that needs it. For example, date opened after 1/1/2000
