I’ve set up a mailbox in HelpSpot which links to an existing e-mail in Outlook. This way any requests that are sent to the existing e-mail will automatically be pulled into HelpSpot.
However when I enable it it looks like it’s pulling everything from history, including items that were already archived (all the way from 2015). I had to stop it because it was cluttering the Inbox.
Is there a way to set it up such that it only pulls in a certain date range?
