Out of Office set to someone who is Out of Office


Last Friday, I set my HelpSpot “Out of Office” status to forward my requests to my co-worker, Mario. On Tuesday, Mario set his “Out of Office” status to forward his requests to me. He was able to do this even though I was still “out of office” and, when I returned to work this morning (Wednesday), I had an IN box full of requests, including an urgent request, that had been assigned to me while my status was “Out of Office.”

How can we prevent a user from setting their account to forward requests to another user who is also out of the office?

That’s not currently possible, but we have this down for a change already in a future release.
