I would like HelpSpot to shoot out an email to an address tied to an alphanumeric pager under certain conditions.
At the moment, I have a custom check box (emergency) set up on the portal page. If tasks2.php catches a new email with this option checked, it sends a notification email to a dummy user tied to the pager’s email address. However, I don’t want to take up one of my 10 seats with this dummy pager user. Is it possible to have the automation rules shoot out an email to a custom email address?
