one (and maybe the only) feature we like about our old ticket system (which will be kicked out the door soon) is the ability to set a ticket status to “pending” and specify a date for a reminder (e.g. in order to follow-up).
So far I haven’t found this feature in HelpSpot. I tried to implement this as a trigger:
I generated a new status “pending” but was unable to trigger the “reminder” function.
Is there another way to implement such (or similar) function?
