Is there some sort of setting that needs to be turned on so customers can see the photos I uploaded for the staff when they check on their request? I only see the photos if I log into HelpSpot with an e-mail address.
Currently the images only show up while logged in. There’s no easy word around either because the file that serves the images is also behind the login so we can’t hack the template to make it work. I’ll note this though for a future release.
In the meantime you could manually edit the template to accomplish this. So you could see what the staff members name was and for each name use a PHP IF statement to show the proper image (which you would need to upload outside of HelpSpot someplace).
