Portal Running Slow



The customer-facing part of our portal is running extremely slowly. The back-end is just find, and all other applications on our webhost service are running fine. We are running our own installation of HelpSpot.

Is there any type of maintenance, cache-clearing, or “clean up” that should be performed on a regular basis to help performance?



Hi John,

There’s not much logic on the portal and anything running slow there would be running slow in the staff UI also. Perhaps it’s a css/js or image that’s been added which is running slow?

It might be useful to use Chrome’s inspector to see which files on the page are loading slowly over the network.
