Private note creation via email


Is there a way to reply to a ticket update via email and have it create a private note only visible to staff? This would be very useful for collaboration when we do not have access to a computer.

Yes, by default in version 4 they’re public. However, in admin-settings-email integration is a setting which changes this behavior to make them private instead!
