Public Note Time Stamp


Is there any way to change the time stamp that shows from the staff view? It always stamps the public note from the time the support request was opened. Such as " 2 days, 13 hours after request".

I’d much rather have a time stamp of when it was actually sent instead of having to do the math myself.

Yep you got it. We’re looking at making this an option, but it’s not decided yet.
