Quick reply to external note


Hi again,

maybe I am just missing something… at times we send out a request to an “external” email address. Then we might get an answer to which we need to replay again (the same external source). So far we have only succeeded by clicking on “external” again and re-enter the email address. Is there a way to reply directly?


Hi Harald,

Yes, that’s correct. If you’re going to have a very long back and forth you might want to just build a new request for it. Right now there’s no other mechanism than going through external again to reply.
