Reassign ticket doesn't ask for "required field"

When I dispatch a ticket directly out of the Inbox using the “reassign” button, it just asks me to fill out the “Category” and “Assign to” eventhough I have configured that if some kind of categories are choosen, another mandetory custom field needs to be filled out.

When I dispatch the ticket using the “Take it” button there will be a warning when I do not fill in this mandetory custom field.

Why I don’t have the possibilty to fill out this mandetory field when I use the “reassign” button?
