Is there a way to handle recurring requests, i.e. scheduled daily, weekly, monthly tasks? How about due dates for requests?
HelpSpot doesn’t have any built in mechanism for recurring requests, however, some customers create their own little scripts (language of your choice) and have those scripts email into HelpSpot.
No due dates, but you could add a custom field to hold due dates (Admin->Tools->Custom Request Fields).
Custom Fields…huh…I never made the connection. Works like a charm.
I’ll make note of the recurring issue.
