Reminders to SMS?


Hi, very impressed with the overall featureset, but would really like it if there were a way to specify specific delivery routing for reminders, say for a sysadmin, to send reminders to email and SMS, but not for other users.

We have some multi-step tasks attached to tickets which occur during off hours - need to be reminded to handle certain network/dns tasks.



I think so if I understand you correctly. Those notification settings are by user so your sysadmin can go to ‘settings’ in the top right corner and setup to receive SMS messages and that setting wouldn’t affect other users.
