Rename Knowledge Books component

HI,

We would like to be able to rename certain components such as changing the Knowledge Books to Knowledge Base.

Also, would appreciate any help on setting up the timing of automated reports. We want to schedule hourly reports on unassigned tickets but only for Monday to Friday (not weekends). I have a report which runs every 61 minutes but every day.

Hi Paul,

Do you mean rename them on the portal? If so you can simply edit the template files and replace the PHP placeholders with the name you want.

OK you’ll need to adjust the language file then in /helpspot/lang/english-us.php, you can search and replace for the phrases, though you’ll need to maintain these changes between releases.
