reply_id in email templates?

Hi,

I’m wondering whether there is a way to output the ID of a specific reply (not the ticket as a whole) in the email template. The idea is that we’d like to link to a little app we’d write that would help us collect feedback from our clients. Is this already possible?

Hi Shane,

Currently that’s not possible, to get the note ID in that way. It’s something that may be possible down the road as we evolve the email template system however.
