I had this request from one of our users, I’m not a report guru by any means so I’d thought Id see what someone with working knowledge has to say.

"It is nice to be able to pull the requests per day, per program with totals and average However, we would like the ability to pull requests over time for all programs at once and not have them combined but separated.

Is this a possibility through coding, administration access or through an API solution?

Or is this a situation where each report must be exported and then added manually to an excel doc I create?"

Hi!
Can you let us know what a “program” is in terms of your HelpSpot setup? Is that a Category used?

‘Programs’ is an internal term for the categories used. So yes is the answer to your question.
