I’d like to get a report that lists the complete text for all of the responses for a ticket’s history. And, if possible to filter public and private responses. I’ve created a filter to capture all of the tickets for a specific client, but I only get the initial request. I’d like to have all the responses so I can see trends with issues from this site and the solutions we’ve provided.
From the filter you can go into each request and see the details. There’s no way currently to display all the text in the filter view as it would be pretty unwieldy and slow to load.
