How would I create a report or filter that shows a count of all ticket updates made by the day and by who whether they were on the ticket or not.
We have people subscribed to the tickets who are not assigned the ticket and the individual assigned or a manager will update the ticket - however the person assigned to the ticket also returns in the count of ticket updates when they were not the one who updated the ticket that day.

I would like to see how many updates to tickets each individual put in to the system each day and leave out anyone who did not update the ticket in the count.
