Report to Show Length of Time a Status is Set



Was wondering if there is a Report to show the length of each status set in a request?

We are looking to calculate the length of time a request is sitting with its status as ‘cleared’ or ‘awaiting customer response’ before it was closed and I am unable to generate this as a Custom Report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.



We don’t currently have a built in report like that. The data to build such a report is in the HS_Request_Events table. So, if you wanted to build a custom query or app to pull that data out you could.
