We use Helpspot 4.8.12 on an on-site Linux server, and we have found that the ##REQUESTCHECKURL## variable in notification emails has been using HTTP instead of HTTPS in the URL. Is there any way to correct it so that it properly uses HTTPS? I can’t seem to find where the variable gets its value.
Can you check your cHOST variable in the config.php file and ensure it uses “https://” in the url?
Also note that this may be something that’s fixed in newer versions, the latest version of HelpSpot version 4 is 4.9.5
