Requests have reverted to 2 months ago

Hello,

We had a power outage this morning, and once everything was back up and running we have logged into Helpspot to find out that all the requests have reverted to 2 months old.

Looking at the requests table in the database shows a much higher request ID than we can see in Helpspot itself.

Any idea where I would start looking?

It might be the table is crashed, if this is MySQL (I assume it is) try running repair on all your tables and see if that fixes it.
