Response report


Is there any way to create some report with responses sent to customers (which are categorised in various folders) , instead of doing so with the category and reporting tags? Or to synchronize responses with automatic category and tags .
This to avoid repeating the process of finding response +appropriate category and tags


Hi Alex,

Yes, when you build your response there’s options to set the category (though not the reporting tags) plus any custom fields. So if you set those fields when you use the response the appropriate category will be set for the user.
