I’m in the process of making a “canned” response. The purpose of the response is to get a quote from a parts supplier. We always email the same person at this supplier. In the response, I have set “Change note to: External note”. But there are only fields for CC and BCC. I would think that for an external note there should be an option to add the “To” field. Am I missing something?
