Hi, how do i make helpspot send a predefined mail when a request is closed?
By default HelpSpot doesn’t do that as you may not always want that to occur in every single case and also it can be useful to close requests even when you know a reply is needed to get it out of your way and it will reopen when the customer replies.
So you could use a prepared response that staff use when closing and close with a public note. Another way would be to setup an Automation Rule to run on closed requests and send a note.
