Set up a connection to another helpspot system


We have one helpspot system for our tickets, but we deal with another company that also has one and we tend to redirect tickets about certain matters straight to there system. Is there an easier way to send the tickets to their system from ours besides copy and pasting all the info?


You’ll probably want to set a ticket ID prefix (or they can) in admin-settings-email integration. This way your ID’s and their’s won’t conflict.
