I am having the same problems as another user. While i’m certain its the SMTP server of my provider, i need to view the underlying SMTP log files to prove this. Where can i find them within helpspot?
Your provider would have the SMTP log files as they’re on the SMTP server (though many hosts don’t keep them or provide them). The only error information HelpSpot has is what it logs which is what the SMTP provider returns which usually is not very much other than a cryptic error unfortunately.
