Store USER_AGENT string on create request


Not sure if anyone has done this already…

Often we see issues that customers post in our help desk that are related to the browser they use.

Currently we have a process based on a stored response that prompts them to go to a custom page on the support site - this page collects browser, operating system and javascript info (interprets is via and posts it back into the ticket via email. This works well but does require us to prompt the customer to do it.

Ideally we would like to be able to collect this when the ticket is created

Has anyone done this? Would be interested to hear ideas
