Switching Requests between Categories



Is it possible that when requests are transferred to different categories the Send email from field can be updated the email address that is specific to the new category? I looked around in the triggers and automation rules section but it does not look like there is an option to change the Send email from field.



Hi Eric,

Not currently, there’s no associate between categories and email accounts in the system (obviously there is for you guys, but not built in).

If you wanted to get tricky you could probably do this with a database trigger watching for category updates on the HS_Request table.
