TAPI + Bugtracker

I just wanted to know, whether you can include a TAPI - Client (Telephony Application Programming Interface) within and JIRA as a bugtracker for our Software Development ?

Hi Jan,

We don’t provide a TAPI, though it may be possible to tie into our system via our web service api but it would depend on your phone system. Customers do interact with JIRA via our request push API, but we don’t have example code for that. You would need to code that integration, though it’s normally only a few lines of code.
