Ticket not created by email

I have setup our mailbox with our Office365 account.
Tested the connection and it says Successful.
I tried to create a test ticket by sending an email in to it and never saw a ticket get created.
What am I missing?

Nevermind. I discovered I need to run Tasks.php through cron
