Ticket Status in E-Mail Template


Hello, is there a placeholder which shows the state of the Ticket in a E-Mail? When the tickets where closed “Close Ticket and Update” we want to put this placeholder in the subject line of the e-mail template, so the customers see directly, that the case was closed

That’s a good idea.


Indeed there is, in the placeholder list it’s called “open/closed” about half way down. Though it will always show if it’s opened closed, it doesn’t only display when you close the request. So other interactions will list OPEN and on your final one after closing it would be switched to CLOSED.
