Update stuck on 'Installing .NET Framework component'


I’m attempting to update from 3.1.6 to 3.2.5 (Apache/Windows). When I run the installer in detects the existing installation, but gets stuck on the ‘Installing .NET Framework component’ screen. The progress bar continually fills up and empties. It has been left running for around 20 minutes and nothing changes…
