Urgent requests via email

Is it possible to tag requests as urgent when they are generated via an incoming email?

Hi Ari,

If you mean for the customer then yes. Email clients all have a priority flag option, making it the top priority (usually displayed as !! marks) will force HelpSpot to make it urgent.

If you mean for ones based on their content you want to mark urgent then you could use a Trigger for that.
