User does not have access to Responses


I have a user who is currently assigned to responses, however when they click on the responses button the dropdown does not appear. This is happening with both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on any machine that they are on. I can log in under my user profile and the menu’s work for me. They are able to search for responses and find them.

I was wondering if anyone had come across this issue as well and how to go about fixing it. We have tried unassigning responses and reassigning the responses to the user, with no change.
