Using Secondary portals

  • Secondary portals cannot show requests that were manually created by staff. Only requests created by the customer via email or the secondary portal can be shown to customers when logged in*

--------- I was hoping to use a secondary portal divide customer interaction for our Repair Center support team, from our Technical Engineering support team ----- The requests would be created by email/portal/ and manually (phone in) .

How can I get around the problem that manually created Requests cannot be seen by Customers?

It should be visible as long as the select the “send from” email to be one of the ones you’ve checked off in the secondary portal settings for “Customer Log-in View”
