Widget error message

I’m trying to figure why I keep seeing this error message with the widget:

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /widgets/tab.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hoping someone could shed some light on this.

Sounds like you may be missing the folder /widgets/tab.php on your server or perhaps the URL in the widget javascript setup is not correct?

Not very proficient with this, but from what I can see the tab.php file is where is should be.

To keeps things simple, I just copied code that appears in the Admin/Widget area and placed it on a blank html page.

The button appears, but that’s it.

So on the blank page test does the widget work or no? Also, if it doesn’t what is the URL in there? If you installed HelpSpot and it’s URL is set to localhost or a local IP then it also won’t work. If you think that’s the case that means you need to update config.php with the proper URL.
