I mistakenly marked a few mails as SPAM and also deleted it in the SPAM folder. Is there any way to get this back or at least not block the mail addresses?

Unfortunately no, once the email has been deleted, it’s completely gone. You can remove the email from the HS_Bayesian_Corpus table though so it won’t match the spam filter.
How can i find the Table?
