Zapier Integration Ticket Creation

So I am using the Beta Zapier integration to automate the creation of a ticket based off the closure of another. Basically we want certain new hire tickets to open another ticket when we close them so we can track staff training in a separate ticket. I have the trigger setup in Zapier and it pulls info in from a test ticket I made, i then have the action set to create a new request. When I test it, everything seems to work fine however I am not seeing a ticket being made in our system. Is there a better way of doing this or does anyone know where I should be looking to see why nothing gets created?

Hi Mike,
Inside of zapier you can see each run of your “zaps” that you set up. I would recommend looking in there and seeing if you are getting errors during the run.
